Why this is worth fixing
Track-day organising in Malaysia is done by a small number of people who are very good at it and very tired of the spreadsheet. The failure points are consistent: someone turns up unpaid, someone turns up without a waiver, and the session count does not match the list. Putting caps, waivers and payment into the event record itself removes all three, and leaves the organiser with the parts that need judgement — run groups, instruction, flags.

Track days — questions people ask
Do I need a club to run a track day?
No. Premium (RM 9.90/mo) hosts personal runs up to ten participants. Larger recurring programmes can use a separately licensed club.
Is the waiver legally sufficient?
Apex Drive captures and stores a signed waiver per driver against the event. Whether your specific waiver text meets your circuit’s and insurer’s requirements is between you, them and your lawyer — we provide the mechanism, not the wording review.
