Email support@apexdriveclub.com. Include your Apex Drive handle and a concise description, but never send passwords, full card numbers or government identity documents by email.
Safety
For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Apex Drive SOS alerts event safety personnel and requires a data connection; it is not an emergency-services dispatch system. Report abusive content and block drivers from the relevant in-app screen.
Billing
Manage Premium subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. For an event-fee, club-dues, refund or receipt problem, include the event or club name and receipt identifier.
Account and data requests
Account deletion is available under Profile → Account & privacy; see how to delete your account for the steps and what is removed. Email support to request data access, correction, export, deletion assistance, or restoration during the 30-day recovery period.
Expected response
Launch operations must publish a monitored support schedule and incident response target before public release. Safety and unauthorized-payment reports receive priority.
