Terms of service
These terms are a product-complete draft and require Malaysian legal review plus the final operating entity’s details before public launch.
Using Apex Drive
You must provide accurate information, follow applicable law and road rules, respect other members, and avoid harassment, dangerous conduct, fraud, impersonation or illegal content. Apex Drive may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts to protect users and the service.
Driving and events
Apex Drive helps organizers coordinate events and convoys; it does not make unsafe driving safe. Drivers remain responsible for their vehicle, insurance, licensing, passengers, route decisions and compliance with law. Emergency and SOS features require connectivity and do not replace emergency services.
Payments
Digital Premium subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple or Google on native mobile builds. Eligible event fees and club dues may be processed through Stripe. The checkout screen identifies the merchant, amount, currency, authorization/capture timing and applicable refund terms before payment. Store subscriptions follow the relevant store’s cancellation and refund process.
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Apex Drive permission to host, display, process and moderate it to operate the service. Only upload content you have the right to share. Use in-app report and block controls for abuse or safety concerns.
Apex Drive has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Content that is harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and users who engage in abusive behaviour, are not permitted. We review reports and may remove content and suspend or terminate offending accounts, typically within 24 hours of a report.
Accounts
You may request account deletion in the app. Active obligations, owned clubs, retained financial records and signed waivers may require separate handling as explained during deletion and in the Privacy Policy.
